「Very clean, comfortable beds, and furniture. We loved the surroundings. Beautiful home and very tastefully decorated. Host was most gracious. Family enjoyed are one night stay on out way to niagara Falls.」

「The cottage on Finger Lakes was picturesque. It had all the basics on the property. Although the water was accessible and beautiful the mini dock was not secured to the ground and could create an accident if someone is not balanced or aware. Unfortunately, there were no detergent pods for the dishwasher so dishes were not washed. It was our first encounter with the Finger Lakes region, but left underwhelmed. 「There is NO house number on the building. The host did NOT provide us with info prior to arrival, we had to message him to get access. It appeared that check in was at 4:00, but turned out it was 3:00. The actual property appearance does NOT look like the pictures online. Outside is overgrown, dirty and cobweb’s everywhere. Inside smells musty and gross. Flies everywhere, spiders in the bathroom and shower. It was not clean under the bed. There’s no bathroom soaps or wash clothes and the towels...

The bathroom is very small and is directly off the kitchen. Kitchen and living room are adequate. Although there is an AC window unit in the window and if you sit in front of it, it is difficult to hear the tv. There is a train track by the house and...

Other pros: Kayaks (which my kids loved), timely communication with Owner, Well equipped Kitchen, Lots of outdoor space, ease of check in. TV setup. Plenty of linens. The views. Laundry was great. Gas Grill with extra Propane Tank.Cons: Bathroom (using the toilet was hard for a bigger guy like myself), Kitchen prep space (counters small - out door picnic table was great), Main bed was uncomfortable for my wife (I...

「Everything was wonderful. Only comment I have is the “lake view” is just a small view between 2 houses across the street.」

「Very nice property, host was very helpful and easy to contact. We enjoyed our stay!」
