"Overall a great stay! Very cute updated property, and a great location. Loved everything - great Wi-Fi, fire pit area, game area, living space, bedroom arrangemens, and kitchen. We ended up not using the hot tub by our choice, but it looked niced. Hosts were incredibly responsive to any questions/communications, and very reasonable check-in/check-out procedure. We had 7 adults and 2 toddlers so a bit of a tight squeeze of our own choosing, but we would definitely stay here again!"

"The view and property and amenities are highlights of this Vrbo. Having the lake and pool, quiet street for kids to bike on, huge yard to play in were great benefits. House was clean and it was nice to have two kitchens with a larger group. Having the 4 wings with their own bathrooms was great for multiple families as well. Hosts were very quick to respond to any questions. Mattresses were comfortable but beds very squeaky. We would stay again and recommend this house!"

"We had a delightful stay at this very nice cottage in the heart of Vanderbilt. We were using it as “overflow housing” for our cottage on nearby Thumb Lake (Lake Louise) and it was just what we needed. There were four of us and the bedroom spaces were perfect with three bedrooms, two having queen beds and one having a twin. The mattresses were very comfortable and the closet space in each room was quite adequate. The bathroom, although small, was well equipped and the shower was wonderful. We were there over the week of the 4th of July, and it was quite warm most of the week. Therefore, we appreciated the new, easy to open and close windows throughout the house. Also, having fans in each bedroom and the living room for ventilation was great. We especially loved working in what felt like a brand-new kitchen. We used it to prepare a day’s worth of meals for a group of nineteen people and found plenty of space to prepare, cook and store the food prior to transporting it to the lake the following day. We also enjoyed relaxing in the living room on the two, very comfortable couches and we loved our evenings watching movies on the huge television. Finally, there was space to park three cars in the driveway, and we found the neighbors very friendly. All in all, it was a very delightful stay. Hope we have occasion to stay there again in the future."

"A beautiful property in a quiet rural neighborhood. The home is spacious enough for gatherings and very clean. We had 11 in our group including 1 child and 4 teenagers and we didn't feel cramped. The pool table was a huge hit with the teenagers. We didn't cook, but the kitchen is very well equipped to do so. Sitting on the deck in the morning was a great way to start the day. Our host was super super nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay again in the future."

"The Mint was very clean. The queen bed upstairs was very hard as others stated. Maybe a mattress topper needed. Sheets and towels need replacing. "
