"This is a fantastic location, close to city center and lake. Easy to find bus to go to ski resort. Staff was excellent, kind and so helpful and the chef is amazing, you have to try the food here."

"Room was very clean and the bathroom was very modern despite the age of the hotel. The lake/ mountain view was spectacular Breakfast at the hotel was very good. The lounge was nice but they allow smoking so it wasn’t the best air quality. That was the only disappointment. It was cool to see all the antique furniture."
