「Communication and property 👍👍」

「We booked this property for two nights for our family of five and were impressed with the beauty of the island and the lake. The main house was well done with great attention to detail and many amenities to make our stay more comfortable. It's worth noting that this property is, in my mind, very remote and requires traveling 20km on logging roads (45 minutes driving confirmed by GPS) with only one other property along the way (that we could see) and no cell phone service. 「Very clean, comfortable, and quiet mobile home. There was even wood for the fire pit which we did use one evening. The wifi service was a bit "sketchy", however no worries, we were supposed to be having a "break" from that stuff! I do recommend this Cozy country mobile home.」

「Nataliya was a great host. Place was well equipped and just like the photos. My family enjoyed the use of the paddle boards, kayaks and the hottub in the evenings. We highly recommend .」

「Amazing view of the lake and mountains beyond! This is an amazing unit that sits apart from other units on the property. The view of the lake and mountains, as well as all of the amenities of the suite - gorgeous. I had one issue during my trip (caused by me) and the hosts were incredibly helpful. 「Nothing seriously wrong with the place, but it should really be stressed that this is one of multiple units on the same property. The other notable complaint is the lack of screens on the sliding doors, which makes them impossible to keep open due to insects, especially after dark. This is particularly troublesome in the "media room", because it has no AC and gets stuffy with multiple people present.」

「The Guest House is absolutely a dream. Everything is totally perfect with amazing attention to detail. Added luxury with having use of the jetty with sun loungers, canoes, cabanas - too many to list there is nothing they dont cater for. The most amazing host and nedt place we have stayed.」

「My family thouroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment on Sproat Lake. We kyaked, swam, hiked and fished with a nearby Charter based out of Port Alberni. A great Fall weekend get-away for couples and families alike. The hostess, Julie, was incredibly welcoming and accomodating! 「House under renovation…was missing a few necessities. Owner lives in the house and is friendly. You can hear the other occupants of the house if they are noisy」

「Great location with a nice dock on an excellent part of the lake. The kitchen in particular had everything that we needed, though the beds were a size smaller than advertised (doubles vs queen) which may or may not matter to you. Our kids enjoyed having other kids around. There are a lot of people and activity on this property at all times, esp in summer.」

「Good base for exploring the whole region and west coast. Peaceful sanctuary. Excellent host.」
