There is a small electric kettle to make tea or coffee which was very helpful after arrival. The only negative thing was the price of parking there £20, which is a extortionate rate for guests of the hotel."

The staff's reaction was incompetent and seemed to reveal a complete ack of Fire awareness or training. No attempt was made to reassure visitors, ensure that everyone was accounted for or inform them that it was a false alarm. Restaurant staff were helpful and attentive."

The rooms were lovely and spacious for the three of us. All the extra’s, like body wash, shampoo etc smelt lovely. Nice to have decent toilet roll. Loved the kitchen with the dishwasher, fridge & coffee machine. Would definitely stay again."

Needed to go and ask Reception for more milk supplies as no one came in to check the room. I ate in the restaurant twice and the food was good. Disappointed that it was closed on the Friday evening."

The room itself was fine and the balcony with a river view was a bonus. Breakfast was well presented and in our opinion good value.
