If you are a light sleeper then don't get a room at the front of the hotel as it is right next to a tram stop and it can sound like a thunderstorm! I personally didn't mind it."

As an elderly gentleman of nearly 80 years old it was no easy task lifting by suitcases up the stairs or bringing them down. Can I please urge you to always make it clear, especially to older guests, of the burden the upper floors create - and I recommend housing them on the lower levels.
