「I loved every single detail about this Graduate. A female valet parked my car, FTW. The front desk had a personal sign that told me about the human working there, the bartender shared clever life details. From the wallpaper, to the carpet and the heavy ticking striped curtains, the space felt light, witty and welcoming. Now - how do I get one of those "Pets in Room" pennants? Thank you Richmond - a most brief but delightful stay.」

「The Jefferson Hotel is truly a treasure. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.」

「TV didn’t work, staff wasn’t helpful. It didn’t work throughout the stay. Staff made not much effort to fix or offer options. Just said we called TV company and “they will do what they can”. Nothing was done.」

「窓際におそらく前の宿泊客の靴下が置き忘れられていた。」

「I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but the staff welcomed me immediately. The room was very spacious, almost like a suite. In walking distance of the restaurants in downtown Richmond.」

「古い建物のようですが、汚さは感じませんでした。駐車場代がやたら高いのが気になりました。」

「The service here was excellent. I was there for a wedding and the front desk staff helped me on a few occasions. Great people!」

「Great beds」

「We enjoyed our recent stay here. It is extremely clean, quiet and the rooms are nice and well equipped for extended stays. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice to have every morning and the gym equipment was very clean and well maintained. The only drawbacks were the bed and pillows were not that comfortable and they charge $10 a day for parking. However, we would definitely stay here again when we return to Richmond.」

「Location was good. Some of the plugs were not working.」
