"Absolutely superb in every way. I will stay here again. On arrival I was shown the bar, restaurant and lovely garden by the receptionist. Facilities are everything I wanted and the staff so helpful and welcoming. Five stars in every way."

"The room was spotless and featured a balcony with views over the sea. Attention to guests every need were in the room. Huge bath with a shower, backlit mirror, glass tumblers and wine glasses, penny of tea,coffee and biscuits. The bed was so comfortable and it was quiet too. Lovely friendly hosts. "

"Great staff, good location and affiliated to next door Pub/Restaurant - Porters so really easy. Super breakfast too. A word of caution if you are more than 6feet tall and have room 7 on the top floor……you can’t stand up in there !"

" Tracey was a brilliant hostess: friendly, helpful and always cheery. The breakfasts were excellent and while the room was somewhat compact, it had everything you need, including a very comfy bed! Stairs were a challenge, especially to one who has dodgy knees! Also, parking is an issue, although there is a dropping off zone. In all, a lovely stay and would return when next in Hastings."
