「What I liked most about this hotel is its location. It’s a quiet and safe property just outside of town and an easy walk to Cruz Bay.」

「Pros: Staff was super nice. We showed up early and were greeted by Michael. Our room wasn't ready, but he gave us ideas of things to do, with directions. They have a ton of supplies you can borrow to take to the beach, including coolers, towels, and snorkeling gear. They also have complimentary sunscreen, bug spray, and other sundries. Everyone, staff and guests, were nice. Definitely a place you won't know a stranger. Room was huge.The car ferry is just around the corner, and the people ferry...

「This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Stepped out onto the balcony, to get a gorgeous view of the beach, and hear the waves. Beautiful beach, chair, umbrella, towels, and bottled water. Great restaurant and shop!」

「It's overall unkind. And the interior is renovated and somewhat clean but there were mosquitoes and fly in room. Also, there were cats and chickens outside. About staff, there was only one who is kindness. And, why do not they do housekeeping everyday?」

「Did a mother/daughter weekend trip here and it was perfect for the 3 nights and 4 days that we were there. Pool was great and mostly quiet. The beaches are close and the food options were good. Would recommend and come back. 」

「Could use more dining options on property. Staff was friendly but not quite the caliber one would expect from Ritz-Carlton. That said, I would definitely book a return trip and recommend this location to friends and family. 」
