Spacious and Beachfront Condominium

This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium, offered by Hodnett Cooper is located at the St. Simons Beach Club.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn. In the heart of the Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area. St. Simons Beach Club #417 is comfortably furnished and offers a good view of the ocean and courtyard from the balcony. Beach Club #417 features complimentary in-room high speed internet service.

Great for beach and marsh enjoyment

The best part of this stay was the location easy walking g distance to both the beach and the marsh. The weather in March was perfect for walks and bike rides and we even biked into the village for some meals. The beds in this unit were very comfortable which is important to us! We would definitely stay here again!

Loved it

Second stay at the beach club. This is a very nice unit. Great layout for two couples or like us two Mom/daughter combos. Loved sitting on the balcony or watching movies or reading. The pool was wonderful, just big enough to not be crowded. And the proximity to the beach was great for hanging out and walks on the beach-and of course Instagram worthy pictures. Even my teenage daughter said she was going to miss being there!
