Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this ocean view, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, Sea Point Lodge Condominium.

Sea Point Lodge is St. Simons Island's newest oceanfront condominium community. Located on Ocean Boulevard, just across from the elementary school, Sea Point Lodge is convenient to the Village, Shops, Restaurants, Lighthouse, and Pier.

This particular residence features tall ceilings, stone flooring, a large kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters, an oversized dining and living area, and a balcony with ocean views. The master suite features a walk-in shower and separate Jacuzzi tub.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, and 1 rollaway bed.

**Please note: This property provides streaming access for TV services. Cable is not offered.

Beach Gear Credit Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Short getaway after family loss

Great location; easy access to beach, pier, dining and shops. Condo was very clean, comfortable beds, provided beach accessories and had covered parking. Definitely will keep this condo on our list for booking when planning another St. Simons vacation.

Quiet, Spacious, Prime Location

My spouse, parents and I had plenty of space to visit as well as have our privacy. Located just steps from the beach and about 1/2 mile from the pier and lighthouse. We'll be back!

Great location!

The location is perfect for walking to lots of restaurants and shopping. And of course, the beach is right outside! Condo was as advertised - spacious and accommodating. Loved taking morning coffee and evening cocktail on the balcony. I would suggest adding more streaming services to the TV - like YouTubeTV and Discovery+. We would definitely recommend and return to this condo complex.

This lovely condo was clean, well-appointed, and centrally located with a balcony view of the ocean. We sat there every morning with coffee enjoying the sunrise. Then walks on the beach and short biking into the Village.

Weekend away

Wonderful location, great view. Very clean, as advertised. Check in communication could have been a little better. Drain plug in front bathroom wouldn’t stay up, so tub would fill with water while showering. Would definitely stay again.

The property was excellent. It is well stocked, clean and has a great view.

We had an excellent stay. The property is as advertised, but is larger than the pictures show and the view is better in person. The kitchen is well stocked. Parking was very easy. It is an easy walk in either direction to numerous restaurants, shopping, etc. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location but no TV

This is a beautiful property on the beach and close to the village. BUT we were there during the NCAA basketball tourney and we love "March Madness". Unfortunately we could get NO GAMES with the Roku TV. The property manager tried to help with no luck. There were some TV channels available but none with NCAA basketball. This needs to be fixed! One other small thing - the blinds in the smaller bedroom do not block out the bright lights outside. A drape w;ould have fixed this. Otherwise everything was great.
