Lovely 1 bedroom one bath with hardwood floors located on the second floor in Ocean Walk. Unit is fully furnished back by the tennis courts and second pool. Unit has a king bed and a new queen sleeper sofa. Great complex it has 2 pools, tennis, courts, fitness center and business center along with laundry facilities and is walking distance to the pier/village and jut minutes to the public beach accesses. Sleeps 4 with new sleeper sofa.

Fantastic St Simon’s condo - close to everything!

This was one of our favorite rentals ever! It was well-decorated and stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen essentials. We enjoyed coming back here to relax after a day at the beach.

To dos

Toilet seat is loose. The rubber gaskets are placed incorrectly. They should be between porcelain bowl and seat. You will need to get new gaskets. Other than that, great place.

After labor day stay

Location was great. WiFi did not work for our stay which made it challenging with a toddler with his sound machine and camera. It could use a good deep cleaning especially the bathroom. All in all it was fine. Previous reviews said issues with the WiFi and tv remotes being confusing, I have to agree. We are in our early 30’s and we had problems with it which could’ve been because the WiFi wasn’t working.

Our stay was Good...Unit itself has some age and needs up date with sink(s) and laboratory bathroom fixtures. The location of the unit to township is approximately 1 mile away. Short drive to township. Only negative concerns is, that the rental property management needs to have better communication(s) with the customer from the time of the first payment is made of the booking to the time of the 2nd payment is made. Can make one a bit anxious of when transactions will be made, I must say.

Nice change from a hotel.

Very nice condo complex and our lodging was perfect. It was away from the congestion of the village but close enough for a very short drive. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Would stay again.

Enjoyable St. Simons Condo Stay

We had a great time at the condo. Few things to note, there are no ceiling fans though plug in fans in the closet, the kitchen is VERY well stocked, the condo is older but updated, the tub is dated so fairly small, there is a separate ice maker that you must refill to use, location is on POINT - super close to everything.

Saints Simons Getaway

The location of the property was perfect -- walking distance to the pier, shopping and many local restaurants. It was great they had a heated pool as the temperatures were cool. We enjoyed our stay and would book at this location again.
