THE SPACE
The house has an open floor plan with plenty of spaces to share or spread out - starting your day with coffee on the master patio and enjoying the ocean views. Then after a morning walk on the beach and a lunch on the covered patio directly off the chef's kitchen, enjoy the pool in the afternoon and the billiards room in the evening. We have a large family room and 3 patios to choose from for evening relaxing and conversation.

Bedrooms are configured as follows:

Primary Suite: King bed, ocean views, private patio with it's own ocean views, HDTV, and a master bathroom en suite with his & hers vanities and a separate garden tub and shower on the top floor.

Queen Room 1: Queen bed, ocean views, HDTV, and attached bathroom on the main floor.

Queen Room 2: Queen bed, ocean views, HDTV, and attached bathroom on the top floor.

Twin Room: 2 twin beds, attached bathroom on the top floor.

There is also a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 in the living room.

The home also features an elevator that serves all levels.

There is plenty of parking including 2-car garage. The elevator is accessible from garage level.

Note, the pool can be heated for an additional fuel fee of $75/day - just let us know if you'd like the pool heated.

Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

Heated Pool: This property offers a heated pool option. The cost is $75/night+tax and can be added up to 48 hours before arrival. Let us know if you'd like to heat the pool!

Elevator: This property offers an elevator. As a residential elevator it is not guaranteed to be ADA compliant.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
