This cozy 1 bedroom condo has many upgrades. U will enjoy the south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can walk 2 Pier Village & other entertainment. King in Master & living room has queen sleeper sofa. Comes w/ new furnishings & BUSINESS CLASS WIFI. 2 tennis courts, 2 pools (1 heated), laundry facilities (coin operated), ping pong, fitness center, playground, private stocked lake, & includes USAGE OF 2 BIKES for an additional charge. NO PETS or ANIMALS ALLOWED. SEE RULES

1) Second floor (no noise above you and better view).
2) Includes bike usage for an additional fee.
3) Pool access
4) Tennis Courts.
5) Walking distance to fun places.
6) Fitness Center
7) Pet Free Environment (No animal hair anywhere)

Guests have access to the entire condo as well as pool, tennis courts, and workout room on property.

If you would like additional set of Bath Towels and Wash Cloths dropped off, the cleaning company charges $20. Just let me know and I can do a money request.

Because this is a second floor unit, there are some stairs to the condo.

Optional BIKES!

By booking on this platform, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy in place. Additionally, please keep in mind that this cancellation policy is also maintained through all situations. For example, during Hurricane Season, it is important for guests to check if there is a large storm that would be approaching the United States and make a personal decision if it is best to keep the reservation or cancel the
reservation and schedule a different time. Your booking platform may offer vacation insurance which I believe can be purchased at the time of booking. However, we are not affiliated with that or know anything about that process or coverage. The guests would have to work with your booking platform directly in order to sort all of that out. However, if an evacuation is ordered for the area, then reservations will be canceled and fully refunded.

We love this place!

Our stay was awesome. Very clean and it was the perfect location. We had a problem with the shower and the owner replied within mins and got the situation handled in great time. We will be staying here again!

AC worked great, size was perfect for two, and we didn’t even use all the amenities offered. It was a wonderful property and stay, and we appreciate that cookware, coffee + fixings, and towels were all provided. Would recommend staying here to others.

Stayed Again A Weed Later

We were traveling from Western NC to visit relatives in FL and stayed here on the way down. The host, location, the entire experience was so wonderful we decided to book it again a little over a week later on our way back home. St. Simons and the Beach Walk stay are hidden gems.

Perfect St. Simons Island Getaway

This condo was perfect for our week in St. Simons. Property manager went above and beyond to provide helpful information and make sure we were happy and comfortable there! The unit was very clean and cozy! We will definitely rent from them again!

Perfect Location

Everything was in walking distance or was a short drive. The scenery is absolutely lush with green vegetation. Side walks to stroll on and admire the sights of DT St Simons. The property itself offers beautiful landscape, pools, playground, and pond. The condo had everything we needed. I would suggest adding oven mittens in the kitchen. Other than that, we will book again.

Nice apartment

In town briefly for a conference. This little place worked great on a budget. Plenty of room for an individual or couple (or a 3rd if you've got a couch surfer). Nice porch and pool just down the stairs. I didn't try to cook anything so can't speak to the kitchen.

Enjoyed my weekend stay

Booking, check in and location were all good. Condo was easy to find and everything was in order when I arrived. Kitchen had everything I needed, TV was easy to navigate, and overall a very comfortable place to spend the weekend. Location was near the pier shops. The best way to see the Island is by bike. I would recommend and stay at this condo again. The owner Dave was on top with communication.

Perfect Location

We will definitely stay here again. The host is thorough and very responsive and wants guests to enjoy their stay. The two-story condo complex is beautiful with a small lake, and lots of green space. It’s a short walk, bike or drive to the pier and a sprawling park with ancient live oaks, benches, walking and biking paths and a really cool playground. There’s also pickle ball and tennis courts and dog parks nearby. The entire area has wonderful beaches, many parks, historical museums, and great places to eat and fish.

Location, location, location

This was a great spot…walkable (less than a mile) to beach and to “town”. We enjoyed renting the bikes to explore. My only nit pick is that the towels are really skimpy and there isn’t much shampoo/soap you should plan to bring your own. Also I wish there had been beach towels (it was cold when we were there, so maybe in warmer weather they include them). It’s good for one or two people, but even though it sleeps 4, there would not be a lot of space. Nice place.

Ocean Walk Condo

The complex is large with two pools. There is a community area with washers and dryers, which could be a good distance from your building/unit. The unit we rented was in good shape and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and king size. The kitchen is small, but has ample size appliances for food storage and cooking. The downtown is about a mile from the complex. We drove to the beaches. However the complex feels situated close to everything, that makes drives short. Dave provided us all information in a timely manner and responded very quickly.
