The water had a very strong sulfur smell. We had to run the water for a while for the smell to get better. The condo was clean and decorated very nice. The plumbing needs to be upgraded. The shower is the master bathroom did not work properly the water barely came out of the shower head. The other shower did work in the other bedroom. Never used the washer. We had to unplug it because it would just start running all on it's own. ??? We really enjoyed St Simon Island. Very nice people, and we enjoyed Jekyll Island too.

Awww!! So cute we booked for another night because it was just awesome!! Had a great time! The condo was so nice and the decor was so adorable!! Definitely thinking of redoing mine at home it was a 10/10 experience! The power went out from a storm and the owners was quick to answer!! Definitely will come back!!

Beautiful place! Easy in and out. Only issue was I stepped on a broken toenail that seemed to come from a large dog in the living room area and had a cut on my foot for most of the week we stayed. We didn't bring our dog so it came from a previous guest. Two of the chairs were broken, and the chair cover of one was stained and the blinds that lead to the patio were broken and fell when I opened the door.

Beach trip

Clean condo..kitchen could use dishes and silverware. Couch needs cleaning and updated pillows.

Very comfy unit!

The unit was very cozy yet still had plenty of room for our family of four. A few things could stand to be updated and a few minor repairs were needed but nothing that affected our stay or warranted reaching out to the host. We had a great time. The unit is close to the beach and lots of food places and the pool was great! I always love having a washer and dryer as well. There is a neighborhood cat that we befriended as well and the kids loved that. :) Thanks for a great stay!

HOA problems

An HOA managing old guy named Larry , saw us at the pool with the kids , and aggressively accused us without any introduction , of infringing on the property ! We told him we were renting number 113 , but declined to give our names . He then went and enter our rental , checked our stuff ( we had id’s money and valuables there ) , unlocked every door , left them ajar and called the cops on us , saying we were there robbing the place , all while we were in the pool with the kids , unaware of his actions . We came back and called the cops too , as all the doors were left open and unlocked . 3 police cars came and said the Larry hoa guy told them that we didn’t belong in that place , and that a robbery was taking course ! After clearing the confusion , they left . We never got an apology from that HOA Larry guy that went through our private stuff and left the doors unlocked and open . As females , we felt highly threatened , especially being with young kids . We are thinking of filing a lawsuit . Everything has been documented by the police . We want a refund , this is unacceptable .

**5 Stars – A Slice of Coastal Heaven!** We just got back from the most incredible stay at this condo on St. Simons Island, and I already want to book our next trip! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like home the moment we walked in. The beds were super comfortable (which isn’t always a given with rentals), and the kitchen had everything we needed—and then some!The location was perfect—just minutes from the beach, with great restaurants, and shops nearby .The owners clearly care about the guest experience—every detail was thoughtfully done, and communication was a breeze. If you're looking for a peaceful, charming, and well-stocked place to relax while enjoying everything St. Simons has to offer… this is it!!

St. Simons Condo

The place was clean, except the back porch was dirty, had a beer can and bits of other trash. The only way to turn the coffee maker on and off was by plugging it in and unplugging it. The toilet paper holder was missing the center piece that holds the roll on. The shower heads are old and don't function well at all. Maybe replace with ones that are attached to a hose so you can rinse off your body. It would have been nice to have more than the one trash bag that was in the can, or mention that people need to bring a short supply for their stay. Also mention that you need to bring your own dishwasher detergent, or leave a short supply. I have managed a number of rentals in my lifetime, and it's little things like these that can really make a difference in someone's overall opinion of the place. The beds were comfortable, but the sofa in the living room was very old and worn out. One of the dining room chairs is broken and needs to be repaired or replaced. Luckily, we are both slender, but I feel like a heavier person may have ending up on the floor. Both of you were very nice and responsive, and if you are paying a manager, you need to know these things. Most of these are easy, inexpensive fixes that a good manager should convey to you. There is also a wasp nest at the front door that needs to get sprayed and knocked down so no one gets stung. Thank you.

Fun area and condo was good but not great

Location was as advertised and we really enjoyed the gym on location. The condo needs updating and new carpet on the stairs to the second level. Overall, we enjoyed the space and the beds were comfortable. Good value for the price we paid.

Cute and Cozy

We were very convenient to everything we wanted to see and enjoy in SSI. The master bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all things necessary to cook if necessary. However, we did not need to cook on this particular trip as we were with a group of 40 other guest who were at Epworth. The owners were very easy to work with and quickly answered any questions e had before during our trip. If we’re going to this area again I would come back again to Island Square 113.

Overall amazing experience

Owners were super easy to contact and listing was as straightforward as they get. Easy access to everywhere we needed to go, as well as being in a quiet and private location. Would definitely come back!

Fall break

Our first time at St. Simon’s. We prefer being on the beach, but the drive to the beach was short (a little under 2 miles). The condo itself was roomy, beds were comfortable. I loved the pool after a day at the beach, very clean and refreshing! Write-up was misleading about having everything you need for a day at the beach. Condo provided no beach chairs, towels, or beach cart/wagon. We were given a wifi password, but had to use our own cable provider to watch tv, use our own apps and logins to watch Netflix, etc.
