「Host interaction. We checked in on a Tuesday and noted one of the beds had a broken support under the mattress, which made it totally uncomfortable! We reported it right away and provided pictures. The property manager asked if we wanted it fixed during our stay and we responded we would indeed like it fixed ASAP. We never got a response to this. We checked out on Saturday, 11/29 /25 and still no acknowledgement from the rental about the bed. Many items in the rental could use some maintenance,...

「The King and Prince Resort has a beautiful setting and in many ways is quite charming, especially the swimming pool area and the beach views. There just seems to be a lack of attention to detail with the property, such as black mold around the bathroom sink and dirt in corners. This may be picky, but when there is a sign in the room that bottled water will be replenished daily and it isn't, it was just another sign that the staff isn't paying attention.」
