Enjoy this spacious, classy, well-stocked beautiful Lakeside 5 bedroom Estate super close to Downtown Dunedin. Plenty of room for the whole family with something for everyone! Enjoy the Comfortable Game Room with air hockey, table tennis, PS5, XBOX 360, smart TV with a comfortable couch & beanbag gaming seats! Drive the Golf Cart to Downtown Dunedin and enjoy all there is to offer! Endless Fun!

Main floor is a spacious, open-concept home with lots of space. Primary Bedroom & Bathroom, Formal Living room, "Family" room, Dining Area, Kitchen, Game Room/Family room, 2 Bunk rooms & the Laundry room.

Upstairs has a secondary primary King Bedroom with bathroom and the Twin XL room with another en suite bathroom. As well as a dedicated work area.

Off the kitchen, there is a large screened porch that connects you to the fenced area of the back yard. Equipped with comfortable furniture & a Grill.

We also have a golf cart on site to use during your stay. We just ask that you docu-sign the waiver and provide your ID & copy of insurance card.
