A 2 BR, 2 BA Downstairs Unit right across the street from John's Pass Village!

Cottage by the Pass, downstairs unit, offers all the charm of days gone by as well as all the modern conveniences. Cottage by the Pass is located just steps from the white sand, with no streets to cross. Across the street is John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. Inside you will find a spacious kitchen with travertine counter tops, and energy efficient under the counter washer and dryer. Wood floors in the living area and bed rooms. Bathrooms have a complete new look with marble showers. Outside the french doors in the back is a patio with a gas grill. In front there is a large patio with a white picket fence with lush tropical landscape.
If you are booking through VRBO - it will be transferred over to Vicinity Vacation Rentals for concierge service, to make final payment and to receive Final Instructions. You will be receiving emails from: vicinityvacationrentals@resortplanet.com
Pets (dogs) considered $100 Fee. Sorry no cats. If you would like to bring your small dog, please inquire first before you book.

Awesome Beach

The beach was close to the cottage & the water was awesome! The cottage had a great patio to sit and have coffee and a supply of beach gear including canopies & some chairs… the kitchen was spacious & each bedroom had a bathroom - great place for a vacation- close to the pass .

Awesome location!!

Very pleased with our stay! Located directly across from the Bamboo Beach Bar! You can hear the live music by just sitting on the front patio. Had an awesome time! Thanks! Will definitely visit again.

Great getaway!

We had such a fun time! The location is incredible, walking distance to everything johns pass. The owners were very fast to respond if we needed anything. Plenty of space inside for dinner/cooking! My only note I’d say is that the couch/futon can fit 2 small people, I’d recommend planning 1 person/adult size on the futon.

There was a lot of room in this property, and the owner thought of everything that you might need while on vacation, right down to curling iron. This is an older place, very clean. However, it’s about time to repaint the trim inside. The kitchen had everything you would need except food, of course. They did include a little bit of spices, olive oil, and some other things.

Great Location, Communication, and Service!

The location was awesome - directly across from John's Pass, and very easy to grab some dinner or drinks and see live entertainment! The beach is also very easy to get to, I should have counted the number of steps - but v. close! The unit itself is great - roomy, good amount of space for the family to spread out. The kitchen is huge and there were ample supplies for us to cook our breakfasts each morning. We had a small item pop up during our stay - lack of batteries in the TV remote, and they were dropped off first thing in the morning! We didn't have to worry about being bored that first night as there was entertainment across the street, and there were plenty of books for us to choose from and start reading. After we left, we were more than an hour away and realized our son left his cell phone behind. A quick call and text to Cherie and we came up with various possible solutions that would work, and our situation was resolved without us having to drive all the way back. Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. If we're ever back in the area, we will be renting from here again.

Family Vacation

My family and i enjoyed our trip at the beach. We especially enjoyed this cottage at the pass. The location is excellent and the property is like staying in your home away from home. Truly recommend staying here and we will return again in the future.

Great location

This place is great for two couples or a small family. Just a block from a wonderful beach, with white sands and across the street from all the shops and restaurants of John’s Pass. The house had everything we needed and then some.

Clean, working air conditioning and open floor plan and location was perfect with easy access to the beach, friendly people all over the area and overall very nice for a family stay. Our entire family enjoyed the trip!
