- The painting and resealing project has resumed. ETA is March.
- Parking under the building is not completely open. Assigned spots will resume when all spots are open. Overflow parking is available. Parking passes must be visible.
- A neighboring unit will be undergoing repairs and deliveries over a few weeks and up to a few months. Work hours will be set, but could cause some noise and inconvenience.

Directly facing the Gulf of Mexico, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom completely updated serene condo is in Villa Madeira which sits directly on the sand of Madeira Beach. With 3 separate bedrooms, this rental sleeps up to six guests. Enjoy our one-of-a-kind sunsets from the Gulf-facing balcony. This condo has been renovated throughout with new flooring, new furniture in bedrooms and living room, new appliances in the kitchen and washer/dryer, and updated decor. This pristine rental comes with access to a beachfront heated pool featuring amazing views and sun loungers for premium guest comfort. The rental is within walking distance of several local shops and spots. Johns Pass and Boardwalk which features over 100 retail shops, sweet shops, and restaurants as well as watersport rentals is just a short 10-minute walk from this condo. Make sure and swing across the street to visit the world-famous "Candy Kitchen" to satisfy your sweet tooth. The surrounding area has plenty of offerings for the entire family, from nature parks, golf courses, walking trails, aquariums, a variety of museums, botanical gardens, shopping malls, outlet malls, and theme parks just to name a few.

Kitchen: The galley-style kitchen looks out towards the Gulf and is fully stocked with cookware and serveware. Provided amenities include a refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, and Keurig coffee maker. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Area: Guests can enjoy meals at the breakfast bar, four-top dining table inside, or at the four-top dining table on the large screened-in balcony.

Living Room: The living room includes a plush sofa, loveseat, sitting chair, coffee table, and TV.

Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-sized bed, TV, an en-suite bathroom, and Gulf of Mexico views from the master balcony.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Full bathroom with a lovely tiled shower. No tub.

Bedroom #2: The second bedroom has a Queen bed, TV, and dresser.

Bathroom #2: Full bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3: The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV.

Laundry: There's a full-size washer and dryer in the hallway for guest convenience.

Outdoor Amenities: Beachfront heated pool with sun loungers and a large communal patio.

*Elevator on property! This unit is on the 5th floor.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Parking: This unit provides 1 parking space. Guest parking is limited and on a first come first serve basis.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.

Had a great time on our daughters senior spring break trip. Shared the condo with another family and we all had a great time! Very clean property & super nice area. Balcony closet stocked with beach chairs and things which was awesome. My only criticism is I wish the bathrooms had more towels is all. But I really have no negatives! Great place and would come back!

This condo is nicely decorated & equipped, has comfortable beds, and is clean. It has a good-sized screened-in lanai across the entire Gulf side of it - a great place for morning coffee, a relaxing dinner, or an evening cocktail - all the time listening to the soundtrack of the waves gently rolling onto the beach. Great location - near bars, restaurants and shopping needs - easy to get around by rental car to all area sites & restaurants. The beach is wide and long - and not too busy in this area. There is also a two-floor beachfront Tiki bar and restaurant just a quarter mile up the beach - quite convenient! St. John's Pass is about a quarter mile to the south - also convenient.

The condo was very well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. I do think that some furnishing and/or decor had been updated prior to out stay (everything looked beautiful). Location was perfect for us. We did not find the beach chairs ect. until after we had purchased. The closet on balcony was a bit hidden, but that was ok. We left a few additional things to add to what was there. The only downside, which has nothing to do with this condo, was access to pool, ocean, pool restroom. You need to have key with you at all times, which was a pain but I understand the reason for it. Overall it was a fantastic place and great location.

This condo is amazing! So nicely decorated, stocked with about everything you need, including beach chairs, sand toys, pool noodles, ect..Very clean and spacious for a family of 6! We loved the balcony it was so large and literally right on the beach, lots of fun evenings watching sunsets from there & relaxing. Communication with owner was easy & provided lots of information regarding condo, check in, location & things to do. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful location. Beach was awesome. Only thing we didn’t like was the screened in balcony. It was nice at the bottom because we didn’t have to worry about the toddler. It interferes with the views of the beach and gulf. Not really sure why a screen was needed. Unit has everything we needed for our stay.

Loved the location of this property. Far enough away from the Johns Pass crowd, but close enough to restaurants and entertainment if you were looking for it. The property was well equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and even pool noodles. Enough dishes to serve 5. Silverware a little sparse. Washer and dryer in the unit and a good air conditioner (nice for June). Check in and out process was fabulous and thorough. Just note the lock box is located inside the white metal cabinet near the mailboxes (we couldn’t find it). The couch in the property is very worn and in our opinion needs to be replaced or covered. We put a blanket over it and solved the problem. Overall cleanliness could be improved. The pans were greasy in the cabinets, there were wrappers under the bed and door knobs and handles need a washing. I’m kind of a clean freak though so my standards are pretty high. We would stay again, but rated 4/5 for the cleanliness.

The location was fantastic. Access to anything you might want to visit. Restaurants and stores were plentiful and close by. The overall cleanliness was disappointing. I cleaned the floor and the silverware containers the first day I was there. A good amount of pillows. But not a sufficient number of pillow cases to take advantage of the pillows.

Great condo for relaxing at the beach! Very clean & kitchen was well stocked. Close enough to drive to Tampa for activities like Busch Gardens, Topgolf, shopping, etc. Or a drive up Gulf Blvd. to Clearwater Beach for dinner & a beautiful sunset. No on-site activities & pool is small but complex isn’t large & always had room at the beach. Bring extra bath towels & wash cloths if staying several days & have 4-6 in your party. Can walk across street for ice cream & candy. Easy to unwind here!
