Beach is a 3-to-5-minute walk from the CONDO! This 2/2 condo is located at the 'Harborside @ Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. This 2nd floor unit has a balcony that overlooks the Intracoastal a fully stocked kitchen which includes a washer/dryer! Each Bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the living area has a Queen pull-out sleeper sofa that can sleep the 9th and 10th occupant. (surcharge for 9th and 10th guest).

Unit 2218 comes with 4 free daily Splash Harbour Water Park passes. That's a $100 a day value. Additional passes are offered at a discounted rate.

Travelers insurance is recommended. This unit has a strict no refund policy!

Located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach, this comfortable, family-friendly, harborside condo features a full kitchen, balcony, and access to a shared, heated pool and a rooftop patio, all within walking distance of parks, marinas, museums, and the beach.

What's nearby:
Head out and explore the town of Indian Rocks Beach where restaurants, shops, and even a local waterpark are just a short walk from this rental. Take the whole family on a trip back in time at the Pinellas County Heritage Village, just three miles east. Or visit St. Petersburg, only 20 miles away, where you can enjoy a game of baseball at Tropicana Field or check out one of several new microbreweries throughout the city.

Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay.

To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink
Dish soap
A few trash bags for each trash can
A few laundry sheets
Dish detergent and sponge
Ground coffee or coffee pods
Dish towel(s)
In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates.

Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences, and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.

On a property with a waterpark and seasonal passes to it. Its a great place for a family that wants to chill poolside after, or before, a long day at the beach. Or, just wanting a slow day at the pool close to where youre staying.

We had a great experience, the only thing that I would highly suggest, and I don’t know if it’s VRBO’s doing, or if it is the owners way of handling lots of questions. But the AI response to my questions felt very and personable. I would suggest that there’s more contact with a live person instead of an AI. I own properties as well, and we are in contact with them one on one once it is closer to their arrival and throughout their stay.I did speak with the owner the day that we checked in, and he did accommodate us for checking in early due to our circumstances and I really, appreciate that.

We had a great time staying here. Very clean. Beautiful view. And conveniently located close to the water park. roof access with beautiful view and chairs. Beach, cvs pharmacy, and some restaurants within walking distance. We had very good/fast communication with property management.

This property is excellent for all ages. Access to the water park, beach and restaurants within walking distance make this the perfect spot for the whole family. Property is well cared for and clean. Highly recommend the rooftop overlook for sunsets. Our unit was well maintained and had everything advertised.

The location was okay. The water park wasn’t as great as it appears in photos. Saw cockroaches on the premises, weird bug kept biting me in the apartment and I would wake up with welts. The toilet kept running and management sent someone over to fix it but it continued to run. It’s unfortunate because the management was very nice but just not overall impressed with the establishment.

This place is a great condo for a family stay. It sleeps up to 10 which my family of 6 appreciated being able to spread out a bit after spending a few nights in a cramped hotel in Orlando. The beach is a quick walk so it’s easy to go back and forth. The water park area is nice although my kids didn’t spend a ton of time there. Everything with check in was communicated well and we had no problems with that. The condo was very clean. Management responded quickly to help us when we realized we locked ourselves out without the key on our last evening. Oops! Easily walk to a few restaurants and a cvs and beach shop. They provide beach towels and some beach items which I really appreciated.

Very nice for families. The closeness to the water park was perfect. The beach was just a two block walk. Forgot anything there is a CVS right there. Great time watching boats come it while sitting on the deck. The condo offered so much fun for small kids and i highly recomend this property.

Overall a great stay! Unit was clean, comfortable and less than a 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Getting to the unit the first time wasn’t totally clear and the bathtub and bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. However, both were fixed in less than 24 hours. Thanks for a nice stay!

We had several maintenance issues. We were unable to regulate the temperature we ended up turning AC off. Room was cold! Lights in the bathroom went off. Messaged property management no one got back to me until we already had checked out. Sofa bed was dirty like someone urinated on it. Check in and check out times were not convenient. The view with the marina and balcony was nice. Overall not worth it for the price!

We enjoyed the location and would recommend for small families. We had 8 in our group which made the water park difficult as we did have to pay each day for 4 of our party. Would be nice if the pool could be used free of charge. The place itself was stocked nicely. The balcony view was great and relaxing to sit at night. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of linens for everyone. The walk to the beach is very convenient and takes only about 5 minutes. The condo is as advertised and we would stay again.

The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with the basic supplies. We enjoyed our stay! And the kids loved the water park. We were minutes from the beach and restaurants. Clearwater beach is just a 15 minute drive!
