The village center is just a 10-minute walk away, and the dike is also within easy walking distance.

The living space of approximately 96 m² extends over three levels and is divided as follows:

Ground floor: Entrance area, living room with open-plan kitchen including a cooking island, dining area and access to the terrace, a shower room/WC, and a utility room.

The property features a total of two terraces, both furnished with garden furniture.

Upper floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds (one 180 x 200 cm and one 160 x 200 cm), a bathroom with bathtub/toilet and separate rain shower.

The ground floor and upper floor have underfloor heating, and the bedrooms on the upper floor are equipped with insect screens.

Attic: one bedroom with two single beds (each 100 x 200 cm).

To preserve the thatched roof and the dune landscape, barbecuing and playing football on the property are not permitted. We kindly ask you to take this notice very seriously!

This property is unfortunately not suitable for families with children under 10 years of age.

There is a covered area for bicycles on the property.
