Welcome to our cozy 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of St. Paul's Bay, a top Maltese destination known for its vibrant charm and stunning sea views.

The apartment is thoughtfully designed, featuring a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and private balconies perfect for relaxing.

Enjoy the convenience of fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and laundry facilities available throughout your stay.

The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.

For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we will also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Nestled in the heart of St Julians, our penthouse is perfectly located for your Malta getaway. This vibrant neighbourhood is known for its bustling streets, stunning coastline, and incredible dining and entertainment options.

Just steps away from the apartment, you'll find the beautiful Spinola Bay, a picturesque harbour lined with colourful boats and waterfront restaurants. Take a stroll along the promenade and enjoy the Mediterranean breeze or sit back with a drink and soak up the lively atmosphere.

St Julians is also home to some of Malta's best nightlife, with a plethora of bars, clubs, and casinos to choose from. For those looking to indulge in some retail therapy, the Bay Street Shopping Complex is just a short walk away, offering a range of high street and designer brands.

If you're looking to explore beyond St Julians, our apartment location offer easy access to the rest of Malta, with excellent transport links to popular destinations such as Valletta, Sliema, and the nearby beaches of Mellieha and Golden Bay.

The penthouse is situated in the heart of St Julians making it perfect especially for guests who want to travel by bus. The bus stop is just a few minutes from the house. You can check 'Malta Public Transport' website and check which routes & timetable fits your needs best. Tickets can be bought from the driver or on the website.

We also suggest you make use of the Ferries as you can enjoy the views and have a break from the busy roads. To access the ferry service, you would need to head to Sliema which is very close (half an hour walk / 5-10 min drive)

If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : 'Bolt', 'e-cabs' , 'uber'.

For those who decided to rent a car during their stay, free parking is available everywhere in St Julians but can be a bit tricky and you might have to park a bit further away from the house. Car parks are also available nearby but it would be with a cost.

Very important notes before booking:

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
