"This property delivered exactly as promised a quaint ski chalet at the base of the mountain. The food was amazing highly recommend the 3 course meal options the location was close but just outside of the main city easily walkable and food amenities of good quality close by. My highlight was listening to the grazing cows and the river streaming with open windows at night - a definite highlight for our Swiss vacation!"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful ordering taxis for us. They made sure we had everything we needed. I told staff member the room was warm and she brought us a fan. Room was clean and had a lovely view of the lake. Very quiet also."

"Beautiful and graceful hotel that we enjoyed very much. The staff could not be mote helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet was bountiful and delicious and the unanticipated benefit was the spa across the street. The hotel exceeded our expectations."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Arte hotel. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a great bed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, a lovely experience and we would definitely stay here again!"

"Very friendly and helpful English speaking staff. Well maintained and clean. Lot of wood and smells great. Room was spacious. Lots of shelving. Balcony was large and had nice breeze. Enjoyed sitting outside to enjoy the view. Bed was ok but the pillows were too soft. Also the sofa bed had a middle fold that can be felt through the mattress. The bathroom was small but bright. Not a big fan of half glass shower door. Wish it had hair conditioner. The restaurant had very friendly staff and good food. Reasonably priced with good portion. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Not a big spread and plenty to enjoy."
