"Stayed over Valentines weekend. Had a nice room, even though it was a basic room. Comfortable beds, though pillows need more “body” Room had been scattered with fake red petals which I am still finding ! Breakfasts and meals in the hotel were good too. Friendly and effective staff."

"Well located waterfront hotel in easy walking distance to the town centre and accessible to reach by driving. Room large and well thought out even with three of us in it - kept beautifully clean throughout. Beds were comfy, even the pull out bed for our son which can be a bit lumpy at hotels but he said it was good an it got the thumbs up from him. Staff all very friendly - we didn’t eat at the hotel but all the staff we spoke to on reception, at the bar, in the corridors and in the pool were very warm and friendly. It was our son’s 12th birthday just before arriving and they kindly left a treat in our room for him. Decor in hotel really nice/modern and reception / the lobby always smelt amazing! We received 3 free drinks radisson rewards voucher on arrival which was an extra bonus. The pool was open good hours and had great seaviews and we enjoyed visiting it and the sauna/steam room as a family. There were some renovations going on outside which is understandable in the off season but only during office hours so didn’t affect our stay. The cookies by reception were a big hit with our son who has said he always wants to stay in a Radisson now as he loved everything lol. Really good base for an enjoyable visit to the island, would recommend and stay again. "

"The hotel is in a lovely location. Bus service is good from the centre of town, and it is not difficult to walk along the beach to St Helier. The hotel itself is very comfortable and the staff are very warm, friendly and helpful."

"Impeccably managed hotel with wonderful sea views . Staff were extremely professional and friendly . Housekeeping was excellent . Room was very spacious , very comfortable bed with variety of seating options in the room . Breakfast was excellent - very wide variety of hot and cold options . Restaurant and on-site Tassili both very high standard . Spa treatment very good . Would highly recommend the hotel . Short walk into main shopping area so convenient . "

Good TV, comfortable bed, good shower and easy parking. I really appreciate the welcome gifts of milk, coffee, tea, toiletries and cleaning products too - very handy. "Just returned from staying at a street view apartment. Bigger than expected with separate bedroom, kitchen living area and good size bathroom. We like to have our own kitchen, hence an apartment suits us well. This is not a hotel so do not expect your bed to be made each day, we personally prefer the privacy. were only there 4 nights. The location was fabulous, so central, the bus station was next to the apartments and buses so easy to navigate and use. Lots of good places to eat nearby and places of interest to visit. Rooms quiet, there was no noise disturbance and were not aware of the buses at all or other guests. Complimentary croissants and scones provided in reception each morning, nice touch also free tea/coffee machine in reception. There is complementary tea/coffee sachets in rooms but my husband prefers a "proper" coffee and enjoyed popping to reception to pick one up along with the croissants most mornings. Milk left in fridge and boxes of breakfast cereal provided in room. Staff cheerful and friendly. Enjoyed our visit very much. We were also able to leave bags in locked cupboard near reception on last day while we enjoyed another full day exploring "
