"Good location and parking. Room dated, carpet few stains. No air conditioning, no iron, but asked reception and received in 10 mins. Bed base dated. Good balcony although could do with a bit of a clean also"

"Lovely location, peaceful. The stable is beautiful, had everything we needed and more. Bed was lovely and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and the fresh fruit cake and Mike on arrival were delicious. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay next time. 5 star"
