"Staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the pressure of the showerhead...something that isn't usually the best in a hotel room. Breakfast selections were numerous and delicious. Enjoyed the evening kickbacks as well. Appreciated the secure parking garage. Only thing not up to par was something was spilled in the hallway that wasn't vacuumed over three days. Overall, a great experience and would 100% stay here again!"

"Bathroom was not clean. The beds were fine but uncomfortable. Air conditioner was not working right. Most likely will not stay there again. In the morning for breakfast there was like no food and it was not the greatest. "

"Gail at the front desk was super nice and helpful at check in. They offer 3 free drinks (beer or wine) per person between 5:30-7pm plus snacks (we had nachos, chips and pretzels. There's also a popcorn machine with free popcorn between 4:30-8pm and a free soda fountain. The free parking garage was super convenient. Pool was warm and the restaurant on site had pretty good food. Complimentary breakfast had a lot of options including waffles, cereal, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage patties, muffins, bagels, yogurt, 3 different juices, the coffee was typical hotel coffee (not drinkable). Our room was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom needs some updates but the shampoo, conditioner and soap dispenser in the shower was nice. We would definitely stay here again, our 10th floor room was around $140 for mother's Day weekend. A short walk or drive to union station and a short drive to the zoo. The staff we encountered were the nicest hotel staff I've ever had."
