"Nice big room ,comfortable bed ,balcony was great but noise from night club up the road very loud and kept going till 5am"

"Aside from some tiles missing in the pool, it was really well maintained. Really enjoyed the foam parties. The beach was nice, but there was a fair amount of sargassum. The buffet was good, lots of choices. Had reservations at each restaurant, not bad, but the steak house leaves room for improvement. Drinks were good, bars seemed to be under staffed at times. Food truck at pool was a great idea, just don’t expect a classic America burger, not bad, just not the same. All the staff was great, really nice. Met some wonderful venders set up on the beach towards the Sandals resort, especially Rhionna and CJ. Watch out for Omar, he likes to gouge you on his prices. 😆 We did the Catamaran sailboat around the island, FANTASTIC! Wadadli Cats, yellow catamaran. Ask for Winston, beach vendor, great guy."

"The food was pretty good. However, the night life was not the best. After the trivia portion each night- there weren’t much happening after that. Other than that, it was a really nice hotel. "

"The house was dirty and its not worth renting. There was a bee in the kettle. The bin was half full with rubbish, the microwave got no handle. One of the bathroom had no shower head. The iron was broken, as for the ironing board the covers was all ripped and stained.The wardrobes couldn't close. The curtains was a state.The bar stools got rush at the bottom and all the leather is ripping away fom the seats. Tv in the living room wasn't working . No air con in the second front room.I've got video's and pictures of the house. When I got there I wanted to leave straight away, but we could get nowhere."

"Great views from the balcony and only a short walk to the beach.What stood out for the holiday though was the responsiveness of Host Simone and Facilities Manager Kevin. When encountering any issues they both went hugely above and beyond to find a solution as efficiently and expeditiously as possible. They really went out of their way to support us and even surpassed expectations to ensure our stay went smoothly.Thank you Simone and Kev. Was lovely to meet you."

"The bed had the springs coming thru the mattress, it squeaked even when I place a beach bag on the bed. Comforter was old. Mouldy caulking in the bathroom Tv did not work Slimmy foot bath outside the room, appeared that the water had not been changed recently Resort is great restaurant was average Communication with the host was difficult and last email I responded to them they never answered "

"Everything stood out: the host's attentiveness, excellent amenities, and a serene neighborhood. The house felt welcoming from the moment we arrived, with thoughtful touches like extra towels/linens, AC in every bedroom, and that surprise pool (I booked before a pool was advertised). All amenities were in great condition: the full kitchen (with microwave fan and ample counter space) worked well for family cooking, the washer/dryer was a game-changer, and everything was spotless and modern. The host was super responsive through text and stayed in touch throughout to ensure we were set. He even gave us flexibility on check-in/out for our toddler!"
