"Didn't like that the pool was not open My largest complaint was that I put some letters in the mailbox and they set there for 2 days. I finally got them back and took to post office myself. The desk staff didn't seem to care about this situation at all. Other than this the staff were very friendly and m helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again"
