  • Large beach front property with panoramic views of Porthminster beach from the bay window and balcony. Formerly the Manor House, Chy an Porth located in an elevated, prime position along The Terrace, close to the harbour & St Ives town.
    The balcony is off the master bedroom which has an en suite bathroom, window seat with the morning sun and fabulous views of the sea.
    The property has high specification fixtures and fittings and is perfect for couples and families at any time of the year. Porthminster View offers guests access to a swimming pool and gym of the nearby hotel & spa which is located two minutes from the door.
    Children and spa treatments will be an additional cost. You will also have 20% off food and drinks in the terrace bar, restaurant & spa.
    Whilst there is an on site parking space included, there is good access to the train station and bus service less than 5 minutes walk.
