Charmingly nestled on The Warren, this former fisherman's cottage is located in one of the oldest and most picturesque parts of St Ives, only a short stroll from Porthminster beach, the bustling seafront and harbour.
Recently renovated, this beautifully decorated cottage sleeps four guests and features a delightful elevated rear courtyard, offering a stunning views across the roof tops of St Ives to the ocean beyond.
Enter from the cobbled streets into the open plan living and dining area which has been tastefully decorated to create the perfect space for relaxation with a stunning sky blue sofa and armchair, smart TV and lovely window seat.
The newly installed kitchen is a bright and fresh space, equipped with everything you might need to prepare a delightful home-cooked dinner on evenings when the allure of St Ives' restaurants cannot tempt you away from this wonderful cottage. Fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, half-sized dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.
The cosy dining table, situated in the open-plan living/dining room, comfortably seats four.
The master bedroom boasts a stunning high vaulted ceiling and original granite stonework around the picturesque window seat. The room is fitted with a king-size bed and ample storage.
The second bedroom, perfect for children, features bunk beds and additional storage.
The family bathroom is newly renovated and offers a bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.
At the front of the cottage, you will find a small courtyard with charming table and chairs, ideal for morning coffee and people-watching. Additionally, 20 The Warren offers an elevated decked area behind the cottage, treating guests to spectacular sea views of the harbour and beyond
