「問題の無い対応でした。」

「The hotel overall was very nice. The staff was great. The breakfast was very good. We were only there for two nights so we didn't have any cleaning service. We had a couple of issues which we didn't mention to the staff. There was a huge stain on our room's floor. It was very noticeable. Also, our refrigerator was either not working or not plugged in. We didn't notice until the morning after we stored our leftovers. Lesson learned.」

「The location was good. The door should be auto locked but it didn’t work.」

「It is a wonderful place to stay! The hotel room is new and clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. When I asked a staff to change a bill to quarters to use a washing machine and a dryer, he prepared the coins with a smile on his face. Also, I had to check out very early in the morning to catch a plane at Las Vegas airport, every procedure's was smooth. Thanks for your help!」

「Convenient location right off the freeway. I would stay there again.」

「We spent 2 nights for a baseball tournament and the rooms were very clean and comfortable! The staff was amazing and breakfast was delicious and filling. We'll be staying here again for sure!」
