"The property was exactly as represented and the location was perfect!! Brandon was responsive and helpful. The unit was a bit noisy - we could hear the other occupants next door at times, but it was nice, new, and clean. We eat in usually for breakfast and lunch on vacation. The kitchen had essentials as far as dishes and cookware, but nothing in the way of any basics, so bear that in mind if you plan on any cooking or grilling. As frequent Vrbo travelers, this was a first for me. We had brought condiments, but there were no staples like salt & pepper, cooking spray, spices, coffee, foil, Saran Wrap, etc. I don’t expect abundant cooking supplies, but most places at least have basic essentials for those that wish to make a meal or warm leftovers. We did enjoy walking to nearby shops & restaurants (including ice cream right across the street), which was super convenient.The beach caddy was a great bonus and we enjoyed the beach chairs and towels. Overall, great experience!"

"The cottage is charming and has character. The location is great with easy access to the beach, shopping,and just going for a bicycle ride around town. Bikes provided by the host, John, who is very pleasant , personable, and helpfull."

"Very clean, large fenced in yard for pets to run, downstairs a/c unit cooled the area very well. Only complaint was no extra trash bags and toilet paper available (left out to use if needed), had to purchased trash bags and toilet paper. "
