Pool is professionally cleaned once per week by a licensed pool service. Leaves or light debris may appear due to weather. Additional cleanings may be requested for a $100 service fee (based on vendor availability).

Pet Policy:
This home is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs with prior approval.
-A $200 pet fee applies
-Please clean up after your pets and keep them off the furniture.
-All pet waste must be picked up. A $50 fee will apply if waste is left in the yard.
-No cats allowed.
-Unattended pets must be crated.
-Unauthorized animals will result in additional fees.

A signed rental agreement is required to complete your reservation and will be sent after booking. Please note that failure to return the signed agreement may result in cancellation of your stay. Depending on your booking platform, a government-issued ID and copy of your credit card may also be required for verification after booking.

Smoking indoors is prohibited ($500 remediation fee applies).
