"Aside from the stairs, I’d rate this stay as just about excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we enjoyed a lovely balcony with a great sea view. The apartment itself, along with the surrounding Santa Ponsa area, is quite hilly/mountainous. The only real drawback was the stairs — they were very steep and long, with no elevators or alternative access, which was very challenging for us. Taxis are pretty expensive in this locality as well. "

"Okay so the resort itself wasn't bad. The only trouble I had was the payment dispute. Expedia had sold me a different amount to what I had to pay at the property. If you choose this hotel avoid the pay at property option !"

"Our room was faultless - clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful view from the balcony. Supermarket right in front, beach just over the pavement. No clubs or very loud bars close by - these were located by the Deya apartments which is a 15min walk away. Lots of shops and restaurants. Both receptionists we met were kind and very helpful. We'd love to go back !"
