"Communication with host was timely. Self check-in was very effective. Room was as advertised in photos. Bed was cosy. Fresh bedding and towels supplied. Location is excellent. Close to shops and eateries. Soundproofing could have been better - could clearly hear other guests late night. Woke middle of nights due to this. Cleanliness was below expectation - laminate floor was very greasy, ensuite toilet ventilation was not working. Microwave oven was not clean. Bin was not emptied when we checked in, but host apologised and emptied it on day 2. Overall, our stay was okay."
