Problems beyond control of owner shared stairway/communal area was poorly kept but worse was the disgusting stench when entering the property in those shared areas. Commercial bins overflowing at entrance of property was only alerted about the communal area needing TLC and the number of stairs by owner two days before arrival and...

「We chose this location primarily for its proximity to Denholme where we were staying for a friends birthday party.
In particular , the main features were space for a family of 5 and being pet friendly .
The host , Sophie provided all details needed and reassurance, as our first time booking a private house for an overnight stay . The price was reasonable for the accommodation and it did everything we needed . The area is a quiet pleasant suburb with a small convenience store round the corner ....
