「I enjoyed my stay for the most part. The construction next door was a little disappointing but it's temporary. Germantown area is great. The neighborhood and people were very friendly. Plenty of one of a kind places to eat within walking distance. The downside that can be easily fixed would be to clean the parking area in front of the suites.」

「The location is fantastic with easy access to shopping and dining and the Nashville Aquatic Center. Having the full kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit was great. The covered, secure parking was also a plus. There were some unfortunate elements of our stay: The apartment smells like spoiled milk or something rancid. You really notice it when you come in from outside and then eventually your nose becomes accustomed to it. The ice maker doesn’t work and there were no ice cube trays. We were...

「This loft is clean, cute, and convenient to downtown. The Uber ride was only like $7 to downtown around 6 pm and $12 home after midnight. Parking is free so staying here saved us quite a bit compared to hotels and other rentals in the area. The host was very helpful and communicated with us frequently! We will stay here again!」
