"It was OK. I can’t give it any more than a two star. There was no microwave. There was no toaster. There was one frying pan small to cook our breakfast in. It was one hand towel in each bathroom and just a few towels in the whole place. There was no washing machine just a dryer to clean this kind of could’ve been a little bit better the refrigerator was dirty. There was leftover food in there that could’ve been thrown out. "One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever experienced. Super clean, smelled lovely, inviting lobby, great breakfast, spacious bathrooms, excellent mattress and I could go on. I travel a lot. I don’t often write reviews, however, this hotel deserved it."

"Loved this property! Extremely clean. Great views of the river and privacy of the woods across the river. Great breezes. The color theme made the house fun to be in. TOTAL THOUGHT GIVEN TO EVERY DETAIL! I loved walking around in the house just looking at everything. Nautical theme. Beautifully maintained. Kitchen was immaculate with every appliance and utensil you could ever need and more! High ceilings. Nice utility room with washer and dryer. kureig coffee maker with coffee pods. Toaster oven. Cute dishes and mugs. There were at least 6 kayaks - life vests- water tubes. Downstairs was a screened room that had the kayak stand- water toys in box- hot tub (we didn’t use it but it was clean and running) sectional sofa, table with chairs, a griddle grill and small frig for drinks. It was a great place to hang out after kayaking. They had hoses in the back and front. Outside chairs to sit out by the river. Easy dock access for kayak launching. There is also a cut out where you can get down to the river for a swim. The owners thought of every need you may have. They provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Nice white towels and very cool bathrooms. Comfy beds with nice linens. Each bedroom had a chest of drawers and plenty of hangers in the closet - easy to clean plank flooring. Nice TV in the living room and MBR You can program your apps with your user name and pw. It’s the perfect vacation house. One thing you do need to bring- BEACH TOWELS. PROPERTY IS worth every cent"

"Property is amazing. Weeki Wachee River is clear. Lots of action on the river, humans and otherwise. Close to WW Springs and shopping. We were happy staying at the house all day. Kids (old and young) had a blast. Plenty of space on the screened-in patio or literally on the river on two large decks. Easy kayak launching and all the amenities you can imagine."
