スプリング クリーク ホテル

「Stay was good. Only issue was the front desk receptionist was inside a room behind the front counter. So I stood there for a while waiting until she heard me. It wasn’t until she did that she came from out of the room to check me in. Needed help with something a few minutes after and I saw her just as she was going into the restroom so again, no one was at the front desk. Aside from that, it was a pleasant day.」

「The staff were very kind. Breakfast was delicious, too. The entrance to the parking lot was a little bit hard to find. Thank you for borrowing me the Costa Rican bottle opener.」

「スタッフの方はみんな優しくてまた宿泊したいです。」

「The breakfast was delicious!!👍」

「The property was run down. Couches in room were worn out. Sagging cushions. Furniture worn down. Carpet very old a musty. Usually have nicer facilities when staying at Embassy Suites.」

「Before arriving we were sent an apology for construction email. When we arrived we were asked if we would be out after nine. I said yes, going to grab food. The desk person rattled if a list of instructions that were like6 additional steps to get back. The final step was we would need a police escort to drive the wrong way down a one way street to get back in. This is the kind of thing to tell a customer before they get a reservation. The room had what looked like blood stains in the tub....

「They did not give me shampoo and conditioner.」

「安全で静かで快適でした。」

「スタッフさんの対応が丁寧」
