「One of the closest hotels walking distance from the airport, very convenient! But the facilities are very old and the noise from the heaters and refrigerator prevented me from sleeping at all. The staff was arrogant and did not want to carry any of our luggage even though we had a huge amount of it. 「The front desk gentleman was amazing ,very patient &kind I absolutely appreciated being greeted so nicely.The room was very clean ,the amenities ie; kurig fridge &freezer cups ect was a plus considering it was me &my 4granddaughters that stayed.The pool area was larger than expected especially the spa.Cant wait til morning to enjoy breakfast.Im very glad &greatful that I picked Silverstone Inn&suites to spend as a memorable Christmas with my granddaughters. 「Great stay! Checked in super late and asked for a later checkout and the front desk staff had no problem with that. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was great, bigger than most, very comfortable king size bed. Linens were quality and very comfortable and clean. Everything was five stars. I’ll definitely stay here again! Didn’t get to take a dip in the pool or the hot tub but I will next time. No doubt both are great!」
