    Newer construction in a quiet Spokane Valley neighborhood. Modern design and decor really brings this place to life. 2 bedroom 1 bath with fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. 2nd floor unit with balcony. Walking distance from grocery store and the new Appleway Trail. Smart lock technology for convenient self check-in and key-less entry. WiFi and video steaming available on both of the 65" and 55" smart TVs. Highchair and playpen provided for those traveling with little ones.

    The Space:
    Kick back and relax in this beautiful, newly constructed, two bedroom, one bathroom apartment. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood of the Spokane Valley you will find all the amenities of home waiting for you here. With a fully stocked kitchen we have made cooking and eating in a delight. Centrally nestled between downtown Spokane and Coeur D'Alene Idaho there are endless opportunities for outdoor recreation, dining out, site seeing, and enjoying our beautiful gem of a city. Don't feel like going out? Enjoy a night in with our 65" living room TV and the warm ambiance of the electric fireplace. Whether you are traveling for business or an escape from the daily grind this warm and cozy apartment is a perfect fit. BOOK NOW!

    Guest Access:
    Free parking is available at the complex but is first come, first serve. Additional parking is available on the street in front of the complex.

    Other Things to Note:
    We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

This lovely apartment exceeded all expectations and actually looked better in person, than in photos, which is rare these days! Extremely clean and well organized space, parking was plentiful, SO QUIET, and the location was ideal since it was off of the main roads so there was no noise, but very close for convenience of travel. Will definitely stay here again! Jerry and Natasha could not have been better to work with and were even able to accommodate my request of a slightly earlier check-in, for which I was so grateful!

Wonderful stay! Stayed a different time as well and it doesn’t disappoint. Very clean and has everything you need, down to a pizza cutter. Very quiet area as well. Hosts were very accommodating, will stay again!

Easy stay, great spot.

It was a great spot to spend our trip to Spokane, we had everything we needed and enjoyed the space. It was very easy to use, to book and to just show up and stay and leave when we were ready.

The apartment was super clean and the host of the apartment were super communicative. We had 0 issues. The apartment also come completely stocked with any thing you could need, soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, etc. They planned for travelers who dont plan properly (like me).

Great place!

Very clean, good amenities and the communication was great. We arrived earlier then we thought and they were very accommodating and let us check in early. Definitely will stay here again.

Clean and Comfy!

This was a great, nicely decorated place that had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and it had plenty of space. The hosts were communicative and responsive! Highly recommend!

Very comfortable

We stayed in this property for a week and it was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, all the things for cooking, about 5 min or less to Hwy 90 for easy access and close to grocery store. Would stay here again if we needed to stay in the area again! Property management was very responsive as well.

Sweet and cozy

Great communication with the host, had everything that we needed, well stocked kitchen as far as utensils and ancillary items go. Never had a problem finding parking and it was nice and close to a couple of parks and trails.
