This was a great property to use as “base camp” for Silverwood. There was a grocery store and gas station right around the corner. The drive to Silverwood was only 35 minutes. We had 6 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room!

Disappointed

Our only complaint, but it is a big one, was the intensity of cigarette odor that never dissipated. It was uncomfortable, and we spent as little time in doors as possible.

fantastic host!

exactly as advertised. No surprises at all, and a very responsive and communicative host. Normally I am not one to leave 5 star ratings across the board? However this entire experience was exactly that. We were all extremely satisfied!

fantastic experience

the space was incredibly roomy, making it perfect for our get together. we had plenty of room to relax and enjoy each others company.additionally, the place was clean and well maintained, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. i would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great spot for a gathering. i look forward to returning in the future!

Work trip

The house was in a perfect location for the job that we were in town to do. Fairly quiet neighborhood. Property manager had taken the time to clear the driveway of snow prior to our arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with a full selection of spices above the microwave and all the pots and pans you could possible need.

Our second stay with Jon!

This was my family's 2nd stay with Jon and it was amazing. We drove all the way from Alberta, Canada and stayed at Jon's for 1 week! We had 7 adults and 4 children with plenty of bed space, clean and comfortable. While communication was also very quick, Jon is always so helpful and accomodating. When booking, we were specifically looking for an easy layout for my 90 year old grandmother to get around, with minimal steps to the front door, as well as a main floor bedroom and full bathroom which was perfect for her to maneuver. We felt very at home and also found the location was nice and convenient. The children loved the home and even had a soccer ball to kick around in the backyard together. We also loved the HUGE beautiful tree in the front yard where we got to take some family photos! We were so grateful and happy with our stay and hope to make this our "Spokane home" each summer we come to visit! :))

Clean and spacious

Nice and clean house. Plenty of rooms and comfortable beds and pillows! Clear and prompt communication from the owner. The neighborhood was my least favorite part, but we had no issues at all. Our family had plenty of space and the ping pong table was an added bonus. Thank you Jon!

If you don’t like cigarette smoke, air fresheners or mold then this one’s not for you

Upon entering the property, we were immediately overwhelmed by the smell of air fresheners. We have one person with fragrance allergies and 2 small children so we set about finding them all. After we removed the 10 plug in air fresheners we were accosted with overpowering cigarette smoke. That smell was so bad and so lingering that even after we left all of our belongings smell putrid and nasty. The smell remains even after laundering. There was visible mold on the ceiling above the shower upstairs. The two bedrooms downstairs were actually just one room with a door frame separating them and the windows were thick with dirt and spider webs. Definitely not legal bedrooms. We will be sticking to hotels after this.

Great place

We stayed here for a girls shopping weekend, myself, my two sisters and two nieces. The place was very convenient, very clean with everything we needed. The bonus was everyone having their own room. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our trip

Stayed here for volleyball tournament at the Hub. Great location quick drive. House is a great size for a group. Host was very helpful and responsive. .

Nice House

Cute, very clean, simple yet roomy house for large adult family. Seemed to have everything we needed. Location was convenient for a family gathering at another residence in Spokane Valley. Would stay here again for the same purpose. Thx for the good experience!

It is an older home that has been remodeled. The house has most everything you need except food so that is nice. Its a quit neighborhood close to a grocery store. We will stay there again.

Troop trip to Silverwood

Our girl scout troop stayed here for our Silverwood trip. They enjoyed the ping pong and we had plenty of beds and bathrooms for 11 girls to prepare meals and have a comfortable stay. Manager was very communicative and helpful.
