Spirit of Broadway Theater

It was clean enough but musty smell and broken light in bathroom, breakfast was ok but hotel was old and not kept up with.

Very cosy spot. A bit like a private hostel. I found it strange that the toilet paper was on the outside of the stall though.

I was visiting family, so didn't spend a lot of time there, but it was fine for my purposes. Clean, convenient parking, near amenities I needed (e.g., convenience stores, gas). The desk wasn't manned all the time (it's a smaller operation), but the manager(/owner?) was easy to reach by phone at any time.
