"Had a wonderful two night stay at Hotel Flaminia. There is no parking at the hotel but for €20 per day you can park outside the town then be brought to the hotel for free on a golf buggy. We had a superior double room which had a view of the lake but no balcony. The breakfast was good and our room was modern and well equipped but the best feature is the fact that you lounge on the terrace and swim in the lake with the ducks straight off the terrace. The perfect way to cool off after having a wonder around the town. "

"A nice, welcoming and well managed hotel. The room was comfortable and a good size. Breakfast had plenty of choice especially if you want just a continental breakfast. The swimming pool and sun lounging areas are very nice. "

Hotel Sirmione Terme

"Location location location. This one ticks the boxes. Just inside the bridge onto the island it is right next to the shops, bars and restaurants and next to the ferry pier. Everything is a very short walk.
We had a room with a small balcony overlooking the water and ferry pier. Well appointed and comfortable. The hotel is old and classic historic in some ways and a little tired in others.
The only negative was the AC in the room did not cope with an early June heat. We set it to 19 but the room never got below 23 making it difficult to sleep at night. You can’t have the windows open as there are loads of flying insects hanging around.
I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone. "

Beautiful exclusive villa 50 meters from the lake

A perfect base for exploring the lake
"Sirmione offers the perfect mix of history, spiagge (beaches), views, and connections to other towns. The villa is only minutes away from the bus stops to get up to the island, or to Peschiera or to Desenzano. We hired a car too for a few days so having free parking was a bonus. With young kids, we find balance in our holidays by exploring in the mornings and back for the pool in the hot afternoons. The pool at the villa was the perfect size (bigger than we anticipated - plenty of room for games and chilling). The villa has a lovely feel to it - a nice mix of traditional and modern and was really well equipped. The host was such a lovely guy - extremely helpful and thoughtful and communicating through this app was so easy and he responded very quickly to any message. Couldn't praise this villa enough."

"Excellent quality and value
We have stayed here twice now the breakfast is fantastic, indoor pool and spa are lovely.
Just wish the outside pool and sun loungers overlooking Lake Garda were open, the explanation I got was it was to early in the Season and they will open in May. For the British like myself the weather was ideal and at around 21/22 degrees the Outdoor spaces should have been open. Thanks a lovely stay otherwise 👍"
