気になった点 : スタッフとサービス
We arrived very late, at around 12:30 am, & the front desk staff was asleep behind the wall. After multiple attempts we were able to wake him up. He checked us in & when I checked my credit card statement it showed 2 charges. When I addressed this with the staff upon checkout in the morning, I was reassured that they only charged me for my room the one charge & was given a receipt for that charge. The following day I saw the extra charge was still on there in addition to another charge of $100. When I called & talked to the staff about what was happening I was told the same thing repeatedly as if the staff either didn't fully understand what I was saying or just didn't believe me so I ended the conversation & had to address it with my credit card company. I understand mistakes happen but to address this with the hotel & be met with a lack of trying to resolve the issue that was entirely their fault is very disappointing.
