"My wife and I spent 5 nights at Coco Bay Cottages. Kelly (Host) responds promptly and provides detailed information for the property. Rex (Caretaker) is very professional and kind, he made us feel welcome since we arrived in Green Turtle Cay.The cottage we stayed at is very peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed the sunsets at the dock while sightseeing the marine life."

"The location was fantastic, great beach spot with an amazing sunrise view in the morning from the top balcony. Very clean and modern look and feel. Would book again when next time we visit Green Turtle. Recommend sea side cart rentals for a golf cart or two as they will deliver and pick up straight from the property or almost any location on the island. Not many mosquitos and no-see-ums except after a rain which pretty much happens everywhere. I highly recommend if you have a big group as there is plenty of beds. Host was responsive and friendly. Cheers for an impressive weekend with fam and friends! Great rental property! Thank you!"

"Beach house was terrific! Neil met us at the dock & helped us with the luggage. House is even nicer than the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of room for our 3 generation of 6 to spread out. Neil & Collen were terrific. Great location — easy access to downtown & GTC. Will certainly be back."
Escape House on Green Turtle Cay is the Perfect Island Getaway w/Deep Water Dock

"The escape house was a great place to stay for our group of 4! Ruth, the property manager was a pleasure and helped us secure a golf cart the day we arrived. The property listing did mention the dock had “future” water and electric service which is the main reason we booked this place as we were arriving by boat. The host did not mention the electric is not available at the dock ahead of check in. He did confirm water is not available. He gave the recommendation to use the marina next door which worked out for us nicely. Overall our experience was great!"

"Shipwreck is a great place to stay in Green Turtle Cay. Great location, very clean and well appointed. The owners made the check in process so easy. The island lost power briefly and the generator kicked on immediately. Highly recommend this perfect rental."
