「Amazing! Gorgeous! Stunning! Thesaurus! My beautiful wife & I needed a long weekend away, to ourselves, to recharge, rekindle, remember, & restore. Mary & John's place up the hill from Lyle, WA, replete with phenomenal views of Mt Hood, highland cattle, birds, deer, & chickens (yes, I know chickens are birds) was exactly what the doctor ordered (I'm a doctor so I should know, right?). Billie-property manager- was extremely helpful and responsive to any inquiries and requests. We are very sensitive to light and the security system had a bright light in bedroom - Billie worked with ADT to try to resolve for us late in the evening which we really appreciated. 「I stayed here for a couple days for a work assignment. Overall the stay was great, as others have said, the cottage has some uneven floors and the bathroom is tiny, but it did what it needed to. Very comfortable bed and offstreet parking was the key for me.」

Many deer sightings, a view of the Columbia River. House was beautiful and updated, each couple had their own bathrooms attached to rooms. It is 3 stories, so if anyone has issues with stairs consider that when booking. We had no problem. Property owners were very attentive and would definitely recommend this property.」
