"Check in was easy and the desk staff very nice. The room appeared clean until the chair cushion got turned over and it was a nasty disaster. The room is poorly lighted and has direct switches on each light. Bathroom sink needed to to be plunged. Mattress I had in 422 was not firm. Walls are thin and could hear every thing on two floors. Wed Thu nites were fine business folks in the house. Friday night they allowed a rodeo to take place on the 4th floor. Slamming doors running up and down the halls until 4am. Someone giggling door handles. I heard two others calling the front desk and nothing happened. When you see the name Radisson and just don't expect this."

"I will stay here again. The site was well-maintained and spacious. The accommodations were more than I expected with easy access to nearby restaurants. Thank you, Baymont care team for making my stay relaxing and safe!"

"It was decent although it seems as if people stay there long term. They also made us take out our own trash. Which is weird because I thought that was the job of the housekeepers. "

"The front lobby smelled like weed. Garbage lined the hallway where our room was. The flooring was extremely dirty. Doors, doorframes, and walls were covered in dirt and handprints. I didn’t even want to take my shoes off and walk around the room. We found dog food on the floor in our room. If we were going to be there longer than 8 hours I never would have stayed but we just needed a place to sleep for the night. Even after taking a shower I still felt dirty. Very disappointing "

"Very nice property. Parking for the hotel was a bit confusing. Spaces in the large parking lot directly in front were all reserved for the restaurant. Hotel parking is off to the side and it’s one way in…but not from the main lot. You have to go around the building and come in through the side. Otherwise everything was nice. Large room. Very comfortable."

"The room was big and clean. The elevator was broken, we had to carry our suitcases up. It was quiet. There were new towels in the bathroom which was great. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had less variety than expected…. It was close to the gateway arch, felt safe being there."

"The motel room was so clean. It had extra amenities and was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the employee was extra kind. All in all, one of the best places I have stayed at a great price."
