The unit was clean and was stocked with all you would need on a trip. Would definitely be back to visit here again!」

「The house is advertised as pet friendly, though before our stay the hosts requested we sign an agreement that stated absolutely no pets were allowed. When bringing up the contradiction we were told “good catch”, an experience that didn’t instill much confidence in our stay. During the night we were there, we let our dog into the backyard to go potty and locked the doors (as it said we should in the agreement they sent us). We were woken up to a banging noise at 3 am, someone had been banging on...

「A staff member from the property contacted me via cell phone 24 hours prior to our check-in to notify us that our reservation was cancelled (reason will keep private per HIPAA) and that we'd receive a full refund. After multiple voicemail and email messages to the property, the only response from them was to Expedia Customer Service denying any form of refund.
