「I have stayed at a couple properties in this area including the other unit in this duplex. This unit was rather disappointing.」

「It is a hotel. The hotel did not have our exact room available. They put us in two separate rooms but we only had to pay for one. The host was excellent with communication. The property has a great outdoor seating area behind it. It was really difficult to beat for the price.」

「This is such a nice condo. Very clean place. I loved the FSU themed decorations! I needed a place close to my son’s (FSU student) townhome for convenience and this worked out perfectly.」

「Great place. Very clean. Area around the condo needs to be maintained better—but that’s the property manager’s job. The condo itself is great. BUT you do need to bring everything—soap, garbage bags, dishwasher soap, paper towels….kitchen has cookware and plates/silverware. But that’s basically all that is supplied. I expect to have to supply my own toiletries and such, but having to buy garbage bags and soap was a surprise.」
